AVAILABILITY

Every endeavor is made to ensure continuity of stock,

However, due to various circumstances, we cannot guarantee availability.

 

BACKORDERS

Goods not in stock will automatically be put on backorder &

Shipped out as soon as available unless otherwise requested.

 

PRICE

Price Per Unit, Excludes GST which is currently 10%

FREIGHT

Freight is the buyer’s responsibility

Freight can be arranged if required, which will be charged on the invoice.

 

TITLE OF GOODS

Ownership of all goods supplied does not pass to the buyer until the buyer has discharged all outstanding indebtedness, whether in respect of goods supplied or otherwise, to the seller.

If the goods supplied are sold by the buyer, the buyer acknowledges that such sale is by the buyer as bailee for and on behalf of the seller to hold the proceeds of sale in trust for the seller in an account in the name of the seller until payment in full to the seller for the goods supplied is made.

 

SERVICE

All repairs must include;

1) description of fault (the description “faulty” may delay the repair)

2) Return address & phone number.

3) Proof of purchase for warranty claim.

Failure to prove any of the above may delay the repair and return of goods.
